Murphy’s Misfits Rugby club travel to Serbia

The rugby club traveled to Serbia on March 24 to play the Krusevacs Wolves for the Saint Georges Shield. It was an unfortunate battle that the Misfits not only lost possession of the shield but also lost a player early in the game who suffered a broken jaw. The Misfits were obviously affected by the loss of their player and had to shuffle their lineup to fill the gap. The game ended 33-10 to the Wolves.     Andy,

    Too bad about the Misfits loss. I think that the team did well, but that they were overrun by a much younger and fitter team! I am going to check out the photos from the game. I am sure that they will be great because the photographer on the sideline was AWESOME!
